Burlington Self Storage Facility Breaks Ground, Financed For $12.5M

Surus Development & Construction, LLC has broken ground on a new 120,000 SF self-storage facility in Burlington. Wheeler Self Storage, LLC - an affiliate of Jumbo Capital Management, secured a construction mortgage of $12,510,108 from Cambridge Savings Bank in July of 2020 to finance the project.
