Burlington Summit Life Science Space Sold for $252M
Burlington January 1998 Trust - held by The Gutierrez Company - sold 400 Summit Drive in Burlington to life science manufacturer EMD Millipore - part of the larger MilliporeSigma - for $199,879,247.58. Included in the transaction was 600 Summit Drive for $52,900,000.
The $252,700,000 sale for 400 and 600 Summit Drive - part of the larger Burlington Summit complex - features more than 350,000 SF of Class-A office space and serves as the headquarters for EMD Millipore, who moved in halfway through 2017.
Burlington Summit Features a 600,000 SF Class-A office park and was refinanced by The Gutierrez Company for $26.7M in 2018.
