Burlington Summit Refinanced For $26.7 Million
The Gutierrez Company has refinanced their property known as the Burlington Summit for $26.7 million.The property features a 600,000-square-foot Class A office park, of which 250,000 square feet have been developed and 350,000 square feet are currently under construction. The park is located in the heart of Burlington’s booming 128 development and has immediate access to route 128 and route 3.
