Buttermilk & Bourbon to Open at Arsenal Yards
Buttermilk & Bourbon - the southern-style bar and restaurant with a location in Back Bay - will be opening at 485 Arsenal Yards in 2021.
The restaurant, the brainchild of nationally recognized chef Jason Santos, features a New Orleans-quisine inspired menu with options including BBQ shrimp, house-made biscuits, oyster chowder, crispy boudin, and a variety of fried chicken, as well as a selection of bourbon and drinks.
The approved multi-phased redevelopment and expansion of the former Arsenal Mall in Watertown’s East End, Arsenal Yards will feature 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment and approximately 300 residences.
