BXP Acquires Stake in Herndon Office Buildings, Planning Residential
Boston Properties has announced it has acquired a 50% interest in the office buildings located at 13100 and 13150 Worldgate Drive, formerly home to Fannie Mae, for $17.3M. The two nearly vacant buildings feature roughly 350,000 square feet of office space and are situated on a 10-acre site. The firm acquired the stake from AM Worldate Owner, a joint venture of Artemis Real Estate Partners & MRP Realty. Now the team plans to redevelop the property for residential use.
