C Ventures to Renovate Friend Street Hostel
Lexington-based, C Ventures plans to renovate and revitalize the Friend Street Hostel. The new construction would include a new ground floor reception and restaurant space. Additionally, floors 2-7 would have new shared sleeping rooms as well as a roof deck and restaurant on the building's top (7th) floor.
