Callahan beginning vertical construction at Brio condominiums on Hingham waterfront
With foundation work complete, Callahan Construction Managers is beginning vertical construction at Brio, a five-story, 157,000 square-foot, 77-unit luxury condominium building located in the Hingham Shipyard. The complex will feature a four-story wood frame above a structural steel and concrete podium.
Following completion of structural construction, Callahan will begin installation of amenities that include an elevated residents-only waterfront courtyard with a fire pit and grill stations, bicycle and kayak storage, dog run and pet washing station and a roof deck with sweeping waterfront views. Brio residences will range from 750 to 2,100 square-feet in size. In addition, a total of 160 indoor and outdoor parking spaces will be located on-site. Brio is located steps from multiple restaurants and shops, as well as MBTA ferry service to Boston.
