Callahan Construction Managers Completes 70 Unit Senior Housing Community in Mashpee
Callahan has completed construction on Laurentide at Mashpee Commons. The all-new 70-unit senior housing community offers independent, assisted, and memory care accommodations. The two-story coastal inspired building features an array of resident amenities including a beauty salon, pub and lounge, theater room, and exercise room. Laurentide is conveniently located just steps from the Mashpee town center, offering residents easy access to local shopping and dining.
The project was designed by EGA Architects and developed and managed by The Northbridge Companies, one of New England's premier senior living providers.
