Callahan Construction Nears Completion on Elevation Apartments in Quincy

Callahan Construction Managers is wrapping up construction on Quincy's newest luxury apartment complex, Elevation at Crown Colony. This gated community features 492 units spread over six residential buildings with a large rustic resident clubhouse at the center of the property. The project was designed by Sheskey Architects.

The premiere units range in size from studio to two bedrooms and most feature large private balconies.  The resident clubhouse includes the management office, fitness center, lounge, and event space. There is also a heated salt water pool, tennis court, and ample parking on-site for residents.

Currently five of the six buildings are complete with the final stage of the project to be wrapped up later this month.
