Callahan Continues Construction on Jefferson at Malden Center
Callahan Construction Managers continues work on various stages of the revitalizing project, Jefferson at Malden Center. This transit-oriented development
The three buildings are currently undergoing exterior work and window and storefront installation. When complete they will be connected via a unique sky bridge. Residents of the complex will have access to 30,000 sf of indoor/outdoor amenity space. These amenities will include a fitness center, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, a life-size chess game and roof deck with skyline views.
Callahan expects to complete construction in Fall of 2019.
