Callahan Inc. has been selected as the General Contractor for 500 Ocean Ave - Waterfront Square Project, a new apartment development located in Revere, MA.
When completed in the winter of 2020 the project will consist of one apartment building, seven stories tall, inclusive of two courtyards, a lap style pool and (2) retail areas. There will be 305 residential units.
The amenities are located throughout the building on the first and third levels. The first level houses a reception area, cardio room, strength training room, on demand room, dog wash,
package room and (3) offices. The third level includes an extensive lounge with an outdoor deck along with a pool and lounge area.
The unit mix consists of lofts and studios along with one, two, and three bedroom apartments ranging in size from 441 square feet to 1,430 square feet. There are two levels of parking under podium including 203 spaces on the lower level, 206 spaces on the upper and electric car charging stations.
Underground Site Utilities are in progress and are currently 25% complete.
