Cambridge Development Secures $366.24 Million in Financing
The upcoming development by DivcoWest at 250 Water Street in Cambridge has secured $366,240,596 in construction financing via Square Mile Capital Management.
The approved mixed-use nine-story building will feature 483,000 square feet intended for commercial office, research and development (R&D), laboratory and retail uses. The ground floor includes approximately 2,580 square feet of Retail and Consumer Services, accessed from the street or public area of the building lobby (6,695sf), along with other active uses.
