Canton Industrial Facility Sells for $20 Million

Wheelock Street Capital has acquired the property at 10 Dan Road in Canton, MA for $20 million.

The property features a masonry high bay single-story flex building with 50,000 square feet of warehouse space, 30,000 square feet of air-conditioned warehouse or light manufacturing space, 20,000 square feet of R&D space, 10,000 square feet of office space.
