B9 Select Navy Owner LLC, an affiliate of Blackstone, has acquired The Courtyard Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard for $52.6M. The 204 room hotel was originally constructed in 2006 and features a business center, indoor pool, fitness center. The property last traded in 2011 for $68M.
