Caroline Clapp Joins Marcus Partners to Lead Investor Relations

Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, announced Caroline Clapp, CFA® has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations. The firm has announced key projects in the pipeline for the Boston, New York, and Washington, DC metro markets for Fund III, a $360 million value-add real estate fund focused on industrial, multifamily, and life science.   

Clapp comes to Marcus Partners after 15 years in successively more responsible positions at AEW Capital Management. Most recently she was a Vice President in Investor Relations where she served as client portfolio manager for real estate investors and consultants. At Marcus Partners, Clapp will lead Investor Relations and will play a critical role in firm positioning, marketing, and public relations.

While at AEW, Clapp published a number of white papers on performance, valuation, regulatory changes, and other investor topics related to real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Management from Tulane University and a Master of Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She has completed professional coursework at the MIT Center for Real Estate and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®).
