Cathartes Secures $76.2M for Waterfront Project in New Hampshire: Construction Underway
Cathartes has acquired three waterfront parcels from the City of Dover, NH for $1.3M, as part of the first phase of the site's development. The developer also secured $76.2M in preferred equity & construction financing for the project. This phase of the development will feature 220 rental units including 23 townhouses and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The community will offer a variety of amenities including a rooftop deck, a co-working facility, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a brand-new riverfront park.
