CBRE Leases Nearly 8K SF Of Space in Downtown Bethesda

CBRE has signed a lease for nearly 8,000 square feet of space at 4747 Bethesda Avenue. The 290,000 square foot, 15-story office tower was completed in 2019 and is home to JBG Smith Headquarters. CBRE’s Brad Wilner, Charlie Carroccio, and Charlene Bogdanor represented the brokerage with Andrea Murray of JBG SMITH representing her firm.
