Certificate of Occupancy Issued for 18 Unit Residential Project in Dorchester
A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the new 18 unit apartment building at 8 Banton Street in Dorchester. The new project, just a few blocks from Ashmont Station, features a mix of one and two bedroom residences ranging in size from 680 square feet to 1,125 square feet. Residents will have access to a common fitness center and indoor bike storage.
