Certificate of Occupancy Issued for Tower 1 of Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa
Construction is complete on Tower 1 of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa, and the certificate of occupancy has been issued. Rising along Hillsborough Bay on Bayshore Boulevard, the development will include two towers and 12 townhome villas, which are now for sale. Construction on Phase II began in November 2023. The 183 residences will range from two to four bedrooms and 2,405 to 5,570 square feet. The townhome villas will be three stories, 3,600 square feet. The first tower contains 89 units: 40 two-beds, 40 three-beds, 8 four-beds and 1 grand penthouse. The second tower, Phase II, will rise 30 stories and offer 94 residences and six three-story villas at the base of the tower. Amenities include a pool and spa.
