Changes Filed for Under-Review Fenway Neighborhood Project
Changes have been filed for the Fenway redevelopment project, currently under review. Named "Fenway Corners" updated plans call for a reduction in planned retail - from 212,330 SF to 170,000 SF. - and a reduction in planned life science space from 1.665 million SF to 1.658 million SF. In total, plans have been reduced by 50,000 SF of space.
