One Congress
The massive concrete core for One Congress at Bulfinch Crossing is now beginning to come out of the ground. The one million square foot office tower designed to LEED Gold standards will feature a 3-story lobby, a fitness center, and one acre landscaped terrace. In January 2019, State Street announced that it would be relocating its headquarters to One Congress, leasing 510,000 square feet at the property.
The Sudbury
Construction is wrapping up for The Sudbury, the 45-story residential tower with units now leasing for Fall move-in. Rents are ranging from around $3150 for studios through $9500 for a 3 bedroom home, however current concessions include up to two months free rent. Along with the 368 apartments the building also features 55 luxury condos on the upper floors.
