Chelmsford Development Property Mortgaged
Winstanley Enterprises has mortgaged their property at 11 Cushing Place in Chelmsford, MA for $8 million via Enterprise Bank and Trust.
The approved project is comprised of the demolition of all existing site improvements and the construction of a new, luxury, four-story, 70 unit apartment building. Associated improvements include an underground parking garage for tenants, reserved tenant parking, reserved retail parking, and public parking to support the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail and local businesses in the Center Village.
