Chelsea Hotel Acquired for $40 Million
Pyramid Hotel Group has acquired the Doubletree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea for $40 million.
The property features a 7-story 101,243 square foot hotel that was constructed in 2000 and is conveniently located 3 miles from Logan International Airport, as well as 3 miles to downtown Boston. The hotel features 180 newly renovated guest rooms. All of the rooms come complete with a 50 inch HDTV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave.
