Chelsea Office Building Sells for $107M
A 25-story building at 345 7th Avenue in Manhattan has just sold for $107 million. The property was purchased by Empire Capital Group from Clemons Management Corporation. Located in Chelsea, the Class B office building is of pre-war construction and dates back to 1928. It totals 220,000 square feet and contains 180,000 square feet of rentable office space. Clemons purchased the property back in 2007 and has maintained ownership ever since until this latest sale.
