The City of Chicago Plan Commission approves the plans for the 34-story mixed-use development in the development-rich Fulton Market neighborhood. 1215 West Fulton Market seeks to rezone the light industrial M2-3 to DX-7, meaning a downtown mixed-use district. If approved, the 34-story, 414-foot tower will change the skyline of the Fulton Market neighborhood, which is one of the tallest developments in that district. Providing space for restaurants/retail and 433 residential units.
