Church Street Proposed Development Refinanced for $6 Million
The property at 67-69 Church Street has been refinanced for $6 million via Rockland Trust.
The proposed project would renovate the existing building and add a two-story rooftop addition. The ground floor would remain a commercial space with the top three floors transformed into residential units. There would be two units on the 2nd floor, two units on the 3rd floor, and one unit on the 4th floor.
The proposed building height would stand at 56 feet tall when complete.
