Cirrus and Cascade Apartments Officially Open To Public
The two-tower Magellan Development Group development in LakeShore East neighborhood is officially open and finished. There is also a park located on the site that is open to the public, bringing the 47 and 37 towers together. There are 45,000 SF of amenities that are for tenants. There will be over 800 residential units between the two towers. The buildings are split between condominiums and apartments. There is just over 1,000,000 SF of floor space throughout the development.
