City Council Approves 1045 North Rush Street Project
A five-story mixed-use development will be joining the Near Northside neighborhood of Chicago. There will be ground-level retail, a residential unit, and 3 levels dedicated to a restaurant. The neighborhood is heavily popular with restaurants and retail. The developer is now seeking rezoning of the property.
