City Council Approves 2033 N. Kingsbury
Sterling Bay's planned development of a mixed-use tower at 2033 N. Kingsbury has been approved by the City Council. The 25-story tower will include 355 residential units and 7,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Plans also include a dog run, a private driveway and 203 parking spaces.
