City Council Approves Development at 6750 N. Northwest
The Chicago City Council has approved a rezoning application for the mixed-use development at 6750 N. Northwest in Edison Park. The project will see the construction of two 4-story buildings that will include a total of 82 residential units and 82 parking spaces. Plans also include 4,950 square feet of commercial space with a restaurant and outdoor seating.
