City Council Approves Hollander Building Redevelopment
The Chicago City Council has approved a redevelopment of the historic Hollander building in Logan Square. The building, that was originally constructed in 1912 for the Hollander company, will undergo a full rehab and 5-story addition. Plans include 62 residential units, 15,500 square feet of ground floor retail space and 9 surface parking lots.
