City Council Approves Mixed-Use Development in Albany Park
The Chicago City Council has approved a 4-story mixed-use development at 3318 W. Monrose in Albany Park. The project will include 25 residential units, 2,720 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and 17 parking spaces. Each of the upper floors will feature eight two-bedroom units with private balconies, while the first floor will house one three-bedroom apartment. The development will also offer a shared rooftop deck for residents.
