City Council Approves Mixed-Use Development in Lincoln Park
The Chicago City Council has approved a 7-story mixed-use development at 2600 N. Clark, which will replace several vacant single-story commercial buildings. The new building will rise to 80 feet and feature 66 residential units, a spacious storefront commercial area, a residential lobby, and a parking garage for 10 vehicles.
