City Council Approves Residential Development Behind Wrigley
Despite objections from neighbors, the Chicago City Council approved the residential development that will replace 3 existing, historic buildings just 70 feet away from Wrigley Field, that date back to the early 1900's. Development plans include a 5-story building with 29 apartments, 11 parking spaces and a large shared rooftop deck that will face the stadium and feature 2 pickleball courts.
