City Planning Commission Has Approved 4600 North Marine Drive Development
After being approved by the Uptown neighborhood council, the City of Chicago Plan Commission has also approved the Lincoln Property Company's 12-story 159-foot tall residential building to be built on the former Weiss Hospital-owned site. This residential building will bring 314 residential units and 136 parking spots. The developers include eight affordable housing units and paying a three million dollars fee to cover the additional obligated 23 affordable units they will not be including onsite.
