City Real Estate acquires East Boston auto repair site for $1.135 million
Yesterday (August 24th, 2016), Brookline, MA-based City Real Estate Development Corporation (CREDC) acquired the 7,500 square foot parcel located in East Boston at 114 Orleans Street, steps to Maverick Square, for $1.135 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. Northern Bank & Trust Company provided a $908,000 mortgage towards the acquisition. CREDC recently filed a Letter of Intent with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to construct a six-story mixed-use building in East Boston at 301-323 Border Street that would contain 64 residential units and approximately 1,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
