City to Consider Splitting Up Roxbury Parcel 3
The City of Boston is considering splitting up Roxbury's Parcel 3 to attract development to the nearly 8-acre site. Boston Planning is expecting to release an RFP for the parcel by this summer, and after receiving $250,000 for reahabilitation of brownfield sites from MassDevelopment, the City will remove contaminated soil from the site to lower the cost of redevelopment.
