Clark Adams Office to Residential Conversion to Move Forward
Chicago-based Primera Group, in partnership with a venture led by investor Marc Calabria, has acquired the office portion of a 41-story Loop tower known as The Clark Adams building, with plans to convert it into residential apartments. Previous efforts to transform the space into 247 residential units fell through, but with this new acquisition, the office-to-residential conversion is back on track, although specific plans have yet to be disclosed.
