Clubhouse and Apartment Buildings Nearing Completion at Sovereign at Town Center
As construction moves forward, Buildings 2-6 and the Club House are nearing completion and turnover. All buildings have been dried in, and interior finishes continue throughout. In addition, curbs and site lighting are in progress, with the mail kiosks framed. Sovereign at Town Center will offer 360 apartment units contained in 14 buildings. The one, two and three-bedroom units will average 1,092 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, media center, movie theater, game room, billiards room, golf simulator, fitness center, private garages, tennis court, golf simulator and dog park. The community is phase one of a three phase project developed by Sovereign. Phases two and three will include retail space and an additional 350 residential units. Completion of phase one is slated for January 2023.
