CMU Superstructure Rises at 114 Snediker Avenue
Masonry subcontractor, Kings Contracting Group, is currently stacking CMU blocks to form the superstructure of 114 Snediker Avenue; a 5-story, shelter building, going up in Brooklyn's East New York neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain 200 beds for single homeless adults. Plans also call for an open parking area, with enough room for 11 vehicles.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet altogether.
