Co-Founder Of Crescent Heights Secures $97.5M Construction Loan for 72 Park Project
Ocean Bank has granted $97.5 million to the co-founder of Crescent Heights totaling financing for 72 Park to $104.5 million. 72 park is a 21-story residential development that will feature 266 units, a parking garage, and ground-floor commercial space.
Demolition began back in August and construction started last week.
