CO Issued for First Phase of Packard Crossing
A temp. certificate of occupancy has been issued for the first phase of Packard Crossing in Allston. The new building, which has restored and integrated the existing Victorian house on the site, includes 38 apartments along with 39 parking spaces. Phase Two of the project, for which foundation was underway before the construction pause will include another 76 apartments, along with 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 175 space parking garage.
