CO Issued for First Units at Quincy Multifamily
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for the first group of units complete at The Q at Quarry Hills. The 2 building complex will feature a total of 269 apartments currently ranging in price from $1925 through $2,885 per month. Amenities on-site include coworking space, a golf simulator, and a roof deck with outdoor kitchen, seating, and views of Boston. The remaining units under construction are expected to be available later this summer.
