CO Issued for First Units at Whittier Choice in Roxbury
Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for the first group of units completed as part of the Whittier Choice redevelopment in Roxbury. The multi-phased project will create a total of 387 housing units, a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments and condos. The project will also include approximately 7,680 square feet of retail space.
