CO Issued for Suffolk's 1 Court Street Residence Hall
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for Suffolk's new dormitory at the historic Ames Building. Last used as a hotel, the university spent around $5M to convert the building to offer 300 undergrad beds along with a lounge and conference space. The ground floor of the building features additional lounge space along with a publicly accessible restaurant space.
