Co-Living Coming to Next Building at The Yards
With construction set to kick off this spring for the next building at The Yards, Parcel H Brookfield has announced a partnership with co-living brand Urby to operate the building. Parcel H will offer 467 apartments over 22,000 square feet of retail space. Community amenities will include coworking space, farm plots, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, and a rooftop pool.
