Co-Living Project Planned in Roxbury
A co-living, mixed-use project is being planned at 1127 Harrison Avenue in Nubian Square. The project would include 95 co-living residences along with 13,600 square feet of community retail and artist space. Once home to Berwick Cake Company, the property is currently home to a variety of local merchants and food shops and the project will preserve the community retail space and many of its businesses.
