Columbia Student Housing Building Sells for $83.75M

story building at 415 West 120th Street in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan has just sold for $83.75 million. Known as Monarch Heights, the  building was sold to an undisclosed buyer by TriHill Management and Pebb Capital in an off-market deal. It is currently used by Columbia University as student housing and contains  dorm units. These are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. The building was built in 2020 and contains several amenities such as a roof deck, gym, coffee bar, package room, and a bike storage facility.
