Concepts Released for Briscoe Village in Beverly
Beacon Communities released renderings for reuse of the Briscoe Middle School site in Beverly. The new planned development, Briscoe Village for Living & the Arts, will include 85 affordable units targeting people ages 55 and older, as well as 6 studios, a theatre, playing fields, and open space open to the outside community.
