Concrete Deck Poured at Vida Edgewater Hotel & Residences
Construction crews poured 410 cubic feet of concrete at Vida Edgewater Hotel & Residences. The development is a planned 9-story residential tower in Edgewater. The plans call for 121 fully furnished condominiums. The building will permit short-term rentals on the units with AirBnB and other platforms. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounging area, a fitness center, and dining services.
